Beneficiary – a person who derives advantage from something, especially a Will.

Testator – someone who writes a will.

      Important info: 10% will go to the Executor when points are rewarded.

10 “points” will be collected at the beginning of each month.  If not received by the Points due dates below  you will not be a participant in that months Will.  The Will officially starts the first Monday following the second Friday of each month. If your victim(Testator)dies between the time the Will is posted and the official start date for that month, you will be assigned a new Testator.

·         If no one dies within the month the "points" roll over to the next month.

·         If more than one person dies in a day, you have to split the "points"

·         Date of death is the official date of death.  Hours and minutes do not count

·         Once assigned it is your (the Beneficiary) responsibility to make sure the Testator is still alive.           

          Notify me as soon  as possible if they are not still alive and I will give you a new one.

·         New members will be accepted once a pool ends and only thru a known sponsor. 

·         If you have anything to do with the demise of your “person” you will be disqualified from the Will.

·         On a roll over month if you are not up to date on your points by the points due date below you and your victim are out for 

           the remainder of the current Will and previous points are forfeited.

.         Once The Will is settled(3-5 days) The Will is settled, even if another death is announced at a later date(Sandra Locke rule).

.          If you are not up to date by the due date and you name is on The Will and your Testator dies, you will not receive anything and                the current Will continues.

Points due by 7:00 PM on the dates below - NO EXCEPTIONS:

January 8, February 12, March 12, April 9, May 14, June 11, July 9, August 13, September 10, October 8, November 12, December 10

Official Start Dates: January 11, February 15, March 15, April 12, May 17, June 14, July 12, August 16, September 13, October 11, November 15, December 13.
